HDHQ-200 Ⅲ-with the torch of supporting the use of gas separator, the liquid-gas separator in the liquid-gas separation process will be separated from the exhaust gas through pipelines to transport oil and gas-jet ignition of the ignition torch burning.
This igniter may also use in the residual gas which is the oil field well drilling separates needing to blow off the combustion the ignition.
II、Principle of work

HDHQ-200 Ⅲ type used in the course of the torch, Separation of the combustible gases into the exhaust pipe, installed in the separator on the exhaust pipe of the ignition control box for the semiconductor gas sensor design Shenjin exhaust pipe, Smell the odor of combustible gases,Igniter control box on the instructions of the red alarm light, kept flashing red alarm. Electrocircuit of the control cabinet put through high voltage generator, indicator light of high voltage generator light. High voltage terminal make strike fire sound of “pa…pa…”. When the combustible gases get ignitron, thin combustible gases enter the primer booster first. And then high voltage terminal strike fire, ignite the gas enter into the primer booster, Under the action of pressure, anti tempering valve was open,the gas enter the ignitron, the ignited primer booster ignite the gas entering into the ignitron, high voltage terminal of high voltage generator strike fire and ignite torch, last about 5 minutes and stop striking fire then. When cutting off gas of vent-pipe, anti tempering valve closes down automatically, the fire in the ignitron put off automatically. If provided gas, igniter would repeat the above steps and ignite gas automatically under the condition of switch on.
Manual acting firing system of HDHQ-200Ⅲ type igniter :Under the condition of the galvanizing of control cabinet,knob down the manual acting button of control cabinet, electrocircuit of the control cabinet put through high voltage generator, High voltage terminal make strike fire sound of “pa…pa…”.When the gases get ignitron, high voltage terminal strike fire and ignite the gas of primer booster, and then primer booster ignite the gas of main fire tube. When hand off the ignition button, high voltage terminal stop striking fire.
Remote firing system of HDHQ-200Ⅲ type igniter:Under the condition of the galvanizing of control cabinet, stand at a place far away from igniter for 200 meters with telecontroller in the hand and knob down the button. When the gases get ignitron, high voltage terminal strike fire and ignite the gas of primer booster, and then primer booster ignite the gas of main fire tube. When hand off the button of telecontroller, high voltage terminal stop striking fire.
HDHQ-200 Ⅲ type torch design of dual-electrode ignition, if an electrode failure, Another electrode to maintain the same liquid-gas separation separation from the ignition of the flammable gas burning out, to avoid environmental pollution and harm to the human body.
Under the condition of electricity power supply of HDHQ-200 Ⅲ type of the torch at the control box, The control box backup battery just press the power button will automatically charge. Under the condition of power cut, spare accumulator of control cabinet will electricize automatically,ignite with three kinds of ignition way, automation, manual drive and remote control. Spare accumulator may use 4 hours.

HDHQ-200Ⅲ type igniter mainly consisted of control cabinet, high voltage generator, connecting cables, high voltage ignition harnesses, high voltage igniter, ignitron, pup joints of control cabinet, telecontroller and so on.
Ignition control box is equipped with rectifiers and battery, remote control receiver, and so on. the middle of a manual with a button ignition, the power button, power indicator light, warning lights, voltage meter.
Ignitron assembly of igniter consisted of canopy, pulling line of weatherproof plate, windshield, ignitron ,primer booster, igniter,high tension line assembly,high voltage generator cabinet, fixed pup joints of high voltage generator, pipe union of primer booster, fire-leading three throw tap, anti-tempering valve, elbow foundation and so on. Semiconductor gas sensor installed in the high-voltage generator box.
The outside of high voltage ignition wire of igniter is stainless steel pipe, inside is porcelain tubing with high quality, intermediate is stainless steel ignition harness. The connections of power cables and control cabinet are sealed type plugs and plug seats. The connecting cables of control cabinet and high voltage generator are sealed type plugs and plug seats.
HDHQ-200Ⅲ type torch has compact conformation, original plastic, self-motion, manual drive, telecontrol three kinds of ignited way, operating easily , safe and reliable.

Ⅴ Installation & use
1、Igniter control box placed at the desk of technician on duty ,it is facilitate the operation and monitoring.
2、Ignitron bus of igniter is installed on the place far away the mouth of a well about 50 meters, the middle of the ignitron bus is connected with flange pipelines, strengthened with bolt. The base plate of ignitron pipelines fixed with cements on the floor by four M20 haxked bolts. The upper end of ignitron tightened with three 3/8″steel rope as the guys.
3、According to “drilling well control rule of petroleum and natural gas”, fix the exhaust pipeline with cement corner foundation and anchor bolt or anchor block every other(10~15m).
4、When install, put one end of power cables to 220V power supply, the other end to the two-jaw socket of control cabinet.
5、Put one end of sealing plug of connecting cable to the four-jaw socket of control cabinet, the other end to the four-jaw socket of high voltage generator.
6、Withdraw canopy on the windshield before ignition.
7、When switch on, open the top cover of control cabinet. Power indicator on the middle plate glitter, it’s show that electricity has been laid on, preheat about 4 minutes, indicator stop glittering shows that normal working can be done. At the same time open the top cover of high voltage generator cabinet to observe high voltage indicator light.
8、In the normal condition, turn the three throw tap of primer booster to the elevation direction, make the gases entering into the ignitron ignite the primer booster. When try to ignite by liquefied gas, turn the hand lever of three throw tap to the horizontal position, make the liquefied gas enter into the primer booster and have ignition test.
9、When the gas separated from liquid-vapor separator gas-liquid separator entering into the vent-pipe, red warning light of control cabinet glitter, show that the natural gases have entered exhaust pipeline, indicator light of high voltage generator cabinet glitter, high voltage terminal strike fire. When the gases get the ignitron, the gases entering into the primer booster igniting firstly, then primer booster ignite the gases of main fire tube.
10、Three kinds of ignited way: self-motion, manual drive, telecontrol, operate under the condition of switch on or stand by power charged with electricity, satisfy one’s operating requirements completely.
11、Under the condition of switch on, electricize the battery at the same time of supplying power for the igniter. So battery need not be dismantled when electricizing, just need to plug into the power lead.
12、Igniter ignition electrodes of a two-electrode failure, another electrode also can be flammable gas ignition combustion.
12、After using it, we should depress the power switch, turn off electric power supply and rainfall on the ignitron.
Ⅵ Notice
1、Electronic components installed on the control cabinet and high voltage generator cabinet of igniter should be handled gently in order to avoid damage.
2、The outside of high voltage ignition wire of igniter is stainless steel pipe, inside is 30000V power lines.Do not collide when swing.
3、Threeway ball valve installed on the primer booster, circumrotate the knob to horizontal direction when try to ignite by petroleum and liquid gas.
4、The remote range of telecontroller should be controlled within 100 meters of circumference radius.
5、Withdraw canopy before igniting when using.
6、Presses down the igniter control box's power source button When using , so that an external power supply charge. After using, presses down the power source button, switches off supplies for oneself the power source.
7、To test the top of the torch pipe,the control box of power source should be switch off.
Ⅶ Maintenance
1、When begin to use igniter, try to ignite once a day by petroleum and liquid gas. After entering gas blanket, try to ignite once a team.
2、Clean the sooting of high voltage igniter to keep the ignited success rate. Use screw drive to adjust the gap of ignitor, adjust to 3~8mm. Fastening the screws after adjusting, and never stop.
3、Long time does not use igniter, dismantle the control cabinet, high voltage generator cabinet, power cables, connecting cables and keep them in the storeroom.
4、Long time does not use igniter, dismantle the battery cell of control cabinet once a month, charging time do not less than 12 hours.
5、Connect manufacturer to carry out after-sale service when internal circuit of control cabinet and high voltage generator cabinet arises fault.

Flange arrangement plan of HDHQ-200ⅢType Igniter
1.When ordering, consumer should state latus rectum of gas exhaust duct, specification of flange. If don’t have any other special demands, we will fit the ignitron with type A 0.6MPa.
2、When leave factory, the paint of ignitron is red. The paint of windshield and rainfall is black. Consumer should state ahead of time if has any other special demands about the color.
3、Please state the connecting direction of flange with 8 holes or 12 holes when ordering. If don’t have any other demand, we’ll have the vertical welding according to cross curve.
